1. Our Return Promise
At Soghatghar, we stand behind the quality of every handcrafted piece. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unused and unwashed items in their original condition
- Items with all original tags and packaging intact
- Products purchased within the last 30 days
- Items with manufacturing defects
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Candles and apothecary items that have been opened or used
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@Soghatghar-goods.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the return label
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the status of your return within 3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. We will process your refund for the returned item separately.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement
- No return shipping fee will be charged for damaged/defective items
8. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy. Refunds for sale items will be issued at the price paid, not the original retail price.
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- We provide prepaid return labels for defective or incorrect items
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
- Soghatghar is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account again
- Contact your payment provider — there may be processing time
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@Soghatghar-goods.com
